WWILD is recruiting for an Intake and Case Management Role

Level: SCHADS Award Level 4-5 including above award conditions

Hours: 30-38 per week, fixed term 2 year contract

Location: 211 Hudson Rd, Wooloowin, Qld 4030, plus outreach to Greater Brisbane.

This position works closely with the Manager and other Victim of Crime Support Workers in providing direct support to people with intellectual and/or learning disability who have experienced or at significant risk of experiencing violence.  This role will:

• Have a particular focus on assisting with receiving referrals and intake assessments, providing information, advice and referral to our target group, service providers and families and carers, and managing client information.
• Involve providing case management support to client.
• May involve group work, and delivering training and community education to increase the capacity of service providers, families and carers to respond appropriately to people with intellectual disability.
