SACID is the South Australian representative of Inclusion Australia. They speak up about issues that are important to people with intellectual disability and their families in South Australia on a national level.
They speak up for a South Australian community where people with intellectual disability can be involved and accepted as equal participating members.
They support people with intellectual disability to access advocacy services if needed.
They promote the human, legal and civil rights of people with intellectual disability and speak up when rights are not being upheld.
They do activities that support of all of these goals.
They have also created some helpful Easy Read booklets to assist people to learn about Relationships.
