Anyone can phone WWILD for support or refer someone else. If you want to make an enquiry/referral, please phone WWILD during office hours. Every referral is different, and we will usually need more information. But if you cannot phone us, please send an email.
Accessibility:
If you find it hard to hear or speak with people on the phone, the National Relay Service (NRS) helps people talk to services by phone, text, chat or video. They also assist AUSLAN speakers. To register, go to the NRS website. Or phone the Helpdesk on Phone: 1800 555 660.
If you speak a language other than English and you need an interpreter, the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) offers free translation services in over 150 languages. You can phone TIS on ph:131 450, tell them which language you speak and name/phone number of service you want to talk to.
If you are referring a client and are unable to phone the WWILD office during business hours, please complete the WWILD Referral Form for Organisations.
